Integrated Business Systems & Services' 64-Bit Synapse

Integrated Business Systems & Services Inc, a leading provider of Collaborative Production Management software announced that it has certified its Synapse products for the Compaq Tru64 Unix operating system. The Compaq Tru64 Unix is considered one of the best high availability Unix environments allowing clustering capability that manage multiple systems as one.

First User of 64-Bit Synapse

Synapse and the Compaq Tru64 Unix platform are being implemented by the Oakland University Product Development and Manufacturing (PDM) Center located in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Dr. Patrick Dessert, Director of the PDM Center will utilize the 64-bit version of the Synapse family of products running under Compaq Tru64 Unix throughout his application assessment process of automotive suppliers.
