WINDWARD CONSULTING GROUP LAUNCHES NEW SOLUTIONS CENTER

Windward Consulting Group Inc, a leading provider of technology and management solutions, announced that it has established an iSOC (Integrated Solutions Center). Moving to a larger facility in Herndon, Virginia enabled Windward to build out a cross-platform, multi-vendor solutions center to demonstrate and test its services within a live environment.

Windward provides complete business-based Service Assurance, Service Level Management, and Integrated OSS Solutions to service providers, financial institutions, insurance carriers, utilities, and other enterprises. Focusing on its extensive technical expertise in Enterprise Technology Management (ETM), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), and Operational Process and Management (OP&M), Windward is now able to demonstrate the hardware and software products that support these services.

Another unique capability of iSOC is that prospective clients do not have to visit the center to see the solutions. The solutions center was built to allow clients to view the demo from anywhere that has an Internet connection.
