Lithia Motors Selects ADP as its Solutions Partner for CRM

Lithia Motors Inc announced that they have selected the Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc to provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions throughout their enterprise, including a highly interactive Web site and enhanced e-commerce capabilities. Known as Right Relationship 360, the ADP CRM solution integrates seamlessly with the ADP Dealership Management System (DMS) already in use by Lithia. Right Relationship 360 enables the Lithia stores to create life-long loyalty programs that are "customer centric" and deliver on-going value to the customer.

"This new solution enables us to more efficiently and effectively help customers through the entire life cycle of vehicle research, purchase and maintenance," stated Sid DeBoer, Chairman and CEO of Lithia Motors. "The Right Relationship 360 system will allow us to keep in touch with our customers regularly and provide the personalized service they deserve."

ADP will be providing an enterprise-wide CRM solution for Lithia Motors. Utilizing the Right Relationship 360 series of computer-based modules (Internet Lead Management, Showroom Control, Data Mining, Management Reporting and Campaign Management) and the robust DynamicSuite Website development application, Lithia will be able to maintain on-going communications with their customers and share information throughout the dealership and the entire company. ADP delivers the Right Relationship 360's proven tools, processes and training for an effective and sustainable customer relationship management solution with the assistance of its Traver Technologies consulting group and through its alliance with Automotive Directions Inc.
