Infonox Delivers ReportNox Real-Time Financial System

Infonox, a provider of software infrastructure products to financial service providers, has announced the general availability of a suite of transaction lifecycle management products called ReportNox. The ReportNox suite empowers financial service providers to view and "dissect" their customer data and transaction systems in real-time, over the Web, and across multiple vertical silos. Financial institutions (FIs) with legacy deployments that are operated and managed separately can browse through disparate databases and construct aggregated views of data. Transaction processors, banks, non bank FIs, deployers of ATMs, and others can use the ReportNox suite to better analyze and manage their business, customers, and profitability.

ReportNox applications currently in production and beta deployment include reporting of financial transactions from diverse front-end devices, transaction processing hosts, settlement data, call centers, ATM monitoring, CRM and data-mining, real-time monitoring of devices and networks, and many more. The ReportNox suite includes sophisticated services for user administration and management. FIs, ISOs and enterprise users can deliver profile driven information with very high security and audit trails to affiliates and customers. It is also possible to let affiliates and customers administer/manage their own users thereby saving a considerable amount of time and money. Users of the ReportNox suite include a leading U.S. bank, a leading payment services provider, and Global Cash Access, the leading supplier of cash access, financial management, and CRM technologies to the gaming industry.

The real-time modules of ReportNox allow users to create sophisticated monitoring and alerting services. Through the use of profile driven access control, it is possible to have the same system adopt multiple roles in an enterprise. Various departments can define and access their reports with utmost ease. Users can also build ATM, data-center, and network monitoring systems. It is possible to sort, search, mine, and analyze events that originate from transaction devices like ATMs and POS terminals. Accounting departments easily use the system for creating single-point settlement files for multiple networks and carry out many different accounting procedures that improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

Central to the ReportNox suite are several technological advances made through the Infonox Active Payment Platform (APP) to simplify the interoperability of legacy systems with Internet standards and protocols. These advances were made at multiple levels: rapid, vendor-neutral connectivity adapters for hooking into existing legacy databases and systems; a data migration service that takes any file format to any database with any schema and also creates any file format from any database; an ad hoc hierarchy builder that facilitates detailed drilldowns into layered data; a robust query constructor for complex data mining, statistical trending and analytics; integrated graphing and charting for delivery to Web front-ends; and presentation quality output, customized to the needs of different departments like marketing, accounting, and sales.

"The flexibility of the ReportNox system makes it ideal for multiple industries that include, but are not limited to, banking, acquiring, ISOs, non-bank financial services, and enterprise merchants," said Safwan Shah, CEO of Infonox. "ReportNox empowers its users to understand their systems through their data, which in turn improves product offering, customer satisfaction, and profitability, all in one fell swoop."
