Dataram Introduces Line Of Memory For Dell Poweredge Servers

Dataram offers Dell users a carefully selected line of high-capacity memory upgrades for Dell's rack-optimized, tower and SC PowerEdge servers. The highly scalable rack-optimized servers provide efficient use of space and are offered in one, two, four, and eight-way designs. The cost-effective tower servers provide solid solutions from affordable workgroup servers, multi-purpose departmental servers to high-performance enterprise systems. Dataram's DRL2550 memory upgrades consist of a single 133MHz ECC SDRAM DIMM and are available in 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB capacities. The DRL2550 is available for the Dell PowerEdge 500SC, 1400SC, 1500SC, 1550, 1650, 2400, 2500, 2550, and 4400. Some servers require memory to be installed in pairs.

The DRL2650 memory upgrades consist of a single ECC DDR (Double Data Rate) SDRAM DIMM and are available in 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB capacities. The DRL2650 is available for the Dell PowerEdge 2650. DIMMs must be installed in pairs. For the Dell PowerEdge 6300 and 6350, Dataram offers the DRL6300 in capacities of 512MB and 1GB. Each upgrade contains four ECC EDO 50ns DIMMs. Dataram's DRL6400 is a four-board set of 133MHz ECC SDRAM DIMMs. 1, 2, and 4GB upgrades are available for the Dell PowerEdge 6400 and 6450 servers. The DRL6600 is available in 1, 2, and 4GB capacities. Targeted for the Dell PowerEdge 3600, 6600, and 6650, these upgrades consist of four ECC DDR SDRAM DIMMs.

The DRL8450 is a two-board set available in 512MB, 1GB, and 2GB capacities. These are 133MHz ECC SDRAM DIMMs for the Dell PowerEdge 8450 server.
