STORAGE ENGINE MOVES FROM NASDAQ SmallCap MARKET TO OTCBB

Storage Engine Inc has announced that its securities will no longer trade on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market and will trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) effective with the opening of business on October 3, 2002.

Gregg Azcuy, president and CEO said, "Despite the Company's continued improvements in our results this year, unfortunately we could not meet the Nasdaq continued listing requirements in time. We want to ensure that our shareholders, customers and employees understand that this will not affect nor impact our ability to provide the quality solutions, products and service(s) our customers expect from Storage Engine. Like all public companies, we will continue to communicate with the public through our press releases, Website and required filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission."

The OTCBB is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last sales, prices and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. OTCBB securities are traded by a community of market makers that enter quotes and trade reports. Quotation and trading information can still be accessed via Websites such as Yahoo and other quotation services or though a securities broker. Storage Engine's symbol (SENG) will remain the same.
