Hyosung And FalconStor Form Strategic Alliance

FalconStor Software Inc, a leading provider of network storage infrastructure software, has announced a strategic alliance with Hyosung lnformation Systems Co Ltd, a joint venture with Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), headquartered in the United States and Hyosung Group, to bring highly available network storage solutions to the Korean marketplace. With this agreement, Hyosung lnformation Systems becomes an authorized distributor of FalconStor solutions.

One of Korea's leading systems integration service provider, Hyosung Information Systems markets and supports the complete line of Hitachi Freedom Storage systems, including the Lightning 9980VTM, 9970V, and 9960. These intelligent storage systems provide nonstop data availability, centralized management, data protection, scalable performance and capacity, and ease of management for massive consolidation, Web-hosting, business intelligence, transaction processing, and business continuity applications.
