StorageFlow Announces Resignation Of CEO

StorageFlow Systems Corp announces that Harish Consul has resigned as CEO of the company, effective November 1, 2002. Mr. Consul will remain as a Director. David Elliott will continue as president.

Upon this announcement, Mr Consul noted, "It has been a great pleasure serving StorageFlow during its initial growth period and I wish the StorageFlow executive team all the best." Mr. Ken Hallat, Interim Chairman of the company also commented, "We truly value all of Harish's contributions & hard work since inception and I wish him well in his future endeavours."
