Tek-Tools Ships Storage Profiler For XIOtech MAGNITUDE

Tek-Tools Inc, a recognized innovator in enterprise storage resource management (SRM), has announced the availability of Storage Profiler with enhanced support for XIOtech's MAGNITUDE storage platform. Storage Profiler is a high-performance, Web-based storage resource management (SRM) solution.

Storage Profiler for XIOtech's MAGNITUDE storage platform offers complete monitoring of backbone devices (MAGNITUDE, switches and HBAs) and provides IT with a common tool to detect and anticipate storage outages. Storage Profiler's end-to-end SAN reporting, including asset, performance and storage information, allows organizations to quickly and easily identify problems with their SANs. By implementing Storage Profiler, MAGNITUDE users will optimize their IT and SAN environment, enabling the ability to track performance at a VDisk level and further tracking file system level performance by using server monitoring agents.

Storage Profiler for XIOtech's MAGNITUDE storage platform offers the following out-of-the-box reports:

• Asset Information, including MAGNITUDE Identity.
• Performance Information, including HAB Performance, MAGNITUDE Performance, Physical Device Performance and Virtual Device Performance.
• Storage Information, including Physical Device Usage.
