nStor ANNOUNCES StorView WEB-BASED STORAGE MANAGEMENT SW

nStor Corporation Inc, an innovative developer of storage-network technologies and solutions announced the availability of the company's new Web-based StorView Software. StorView is modular, based on open standards in its design, and capable of running on all the popular operating systems.

nStor's new StorView software truly "Simplifies Storage Solutions" by utilizing an easy to use HTML-based graphical user interface (GUI). StorView makes it easy to set up and monitor the storage system locally or over the network. StorView installs in less than one minute and an entire RAID configuration can be set-up in less than five minutes, truly providing a simple method of managing the storage. StorView is the first software product in nStor's NSM (Network Storage Management) Architecture. Some of the capabilities of StorView include:

StorView is the fifth generation of software management tools developed by nStor and is the first module of nStor's NSM Architecture. Using any popular web browser and having access through the secure firewall, IT administrators have the ability to change RAID configurations and LUN permissions on the fly, without server re-boots or disruption to data access.
