ASACA TO SHOWCASE FireFly DM DIGITAL VIRTUAL LIBRARY AT NAB

On April 7th at NAB's booth # SL521, ASACA, a 30-year high-density storage solutions leader, will demonstrate the new FireFly DM series digital virtual library, an evolution in video storage. Integrating new Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) disk drives, the FireFly redefines nearline storage expectations, delivering up to 48 terabytes (TB) of data per library.

ASACA will also debut the latest generation of TeraCart Digital Virtual Libraries (DVLs) configured with Panasonic latest multi-support DVD drives, the DVDBurnerII. With the new drives, TeraCart users have read/write support for all DVD Forum recordable DVD specifications (DVD-R/RW/RAM), as well as CD-R/RW read/write support, and faster write speeds than previous generation burners.
