MaXXan ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN EXPANSION

MaXXan Systems Inc, a leading developer of next-generation storage networking infrastructure, has unveiled its international expansion plans and announced the opening of its first European office in the United Kingdom. The event is marked by the Company's participation at CeBIT, Hannover, Germany, from March 12 to 19, VERITAS Partner Park, hall 3, stand B39, booth 10.

"Our expansion into Europe is part of the continuing development of our presence, both domestically and internationally," explains Vic Mahadevan, chief executive officer of MaXXan Systems. "We have been active in Europe since the beginning of this year and have encountered a high market interest in our storage networking solutions. By establishing the UK office, MaXXan is in a position to leverage its strategic alliances with United States companies that have an international presence. This announcement follows the latest news release that revealed MaXXan's global service and support agreement with Unisys, a well-known worldwide information technology services and solutions company.

"We are now building local infrastructure in major economies to manage and grow the business to the next level," says Mahadevan.
