FileTek INTEGRATES STORHOUSE WITH EMC CENTERA CAS

FileTek Inc, a data management software developer, has announced the integration and availability of StorHouse for EMC Centera content addressed storage (CAS). The integrated solution enables organizations to economically store and provide fast access to fixed, or unchanging, content. FileTek also announced the StorHouse Appliance for EMC Centera, a Centera-specific gateway that provides organizations with the capability to integrate existing legacy applications with EMC Centera. FileTek is a member of the EMC Developers Program.

StorHouse for EMC Centera provides a cost-effective data storage system with relational access to large amounts of fixed content such as X-rays, e-mail and attachments, MRIs, seismic data, videos, and CAT scans. StorHouse can manage millions of these files within terabyte to petabyte-size storage systems.
