SANERA ANNOUNCES OPEN API PARTNER PROGRAM

Sanera Systems Inc, a provider of highly scalable and reliable enterprise storage networking solutions, announced recently that the company is working with leading storage software and solutions vendors, including CreekPath, FalconStor, Fujitsu Softek, Incipient, InterSAN and StoreAge, to simplify SAN management and integrate storage services into the network. As a formalization of this effort, Sanera is introducing the Sanera Access Partner Program and making available to partners its nscale API.

The Sanera Access Partner Program makes it easy for partners to deliver solutions with Sanera's DS10000 intelligent datacenter-class director that facilitate SAN consolidation, large fabric design and in-network storage service integration. Using the nscale API, a set of open XML and Linux interfaces, solutions providers can access the multi-dimensional scalability of the DS10000 nscale architecture to deliver advanced fabric and storage resource management applications. In addition, partners can integrate new, high performance network and storage services such as gateways, data replication, mirroring, migration and server-less backup to centralize management and deliver enhanced application service levels.
