ANACOMP BECOMES A BROCADE QUALIFIED SUPPORT PARTNER

Anacomp Inc, a global provider of information outsourcing services, maintenance support and imaging and print solutions, announced recently that it will deliver support services to Brocade Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure customers worldwide as a Brocade Qualified Support Partner (QSP). Within this relationship, Brocade customers now have a single point of contact to acquire support services for all Brocade fabric switches.

Brocade offers the industry-leading SilkWorm family of intelligent fabric switches to connect servers and storage through a SAN. These high-speed, robust storage networks enable organizations to access and share data in a high-performance, manageable, and scalable manner.

Under the QSP Program, Anacomp will offer support services -- call center, advance RMA replacement, testing and onsite maintenance support -- for all Brocade fabric switches. Anacomp will provide maintenance services under its Multi-Vendor Services program and deliver it through a global field service force of over 500 trained technicians.
