Syncsort's Backup Express Certified with ADIC's Scalar 10K

Backup Express, the enterprise backup and restore product from Syncsort Incorporated has been certified with ADIC's Scalar 10K tape libraries and ADIC's SDLC library partitioning software.

"This certification allows our customers to fully utilize the latest advances that ADIC has achieved with their tape libraries," says Winston W. Hait, senior product manger at Syncsort. "Not only do we deliver ease of use coupled with our unique tape library interface, we also allow customers to share their Scalar 10K with multiple applications concurrently, and support multiple tape formats within the same library."
