VERITAS SELECTS CDW TO SELL SRM SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS

VERITAS Software Corporation, a leading storage software provider, has announced a strategic channel agreement with CDW Corporation to sell VERITAS StorageCentral (formerly Precise StorageCentral), a leading storage resource management (SRM) solution for Windows environments, with 6,000 customers in production. CDW, with more than 360,000 customers of its own, is the nation's largest provider of multi-brand technology products and services and will offer this SRM product to customers throughout the United States. VERITAS StorageCentral software was recently added to VERITAS' range of storage software products through the acquisition of Precise Software Solutions Ltd.
