SimpleTech RELEASES NEW 120GB HIGH-SPEED USB 2.0/FireWire HD

SimpleTech Inc, a leading provider of Flash-based storage, as well as custom and standard memory solutions, enters the external desktop storage market with the introduction of the 120GB SimpleDrive high-speed USB 2.0/FireWire hard drive, delivering the ideal solution for fast and easy storage expansion, system backup or file update. For added data safety and security, SimpleTech's StorageSync backup software for Windows is included with the new desktop hard drive. StorageSync provides quick and easy backup, restore and synchronization for an entire PC, or selected files and folders.

The SimpleDrive external desktop solution delivers ultra-fast transfer speeds of 480Mb/sec. for USB 2.0, and 400Mb/sec. for FireWire, and the SimpleTech hard drive operates at 7200RPM for fast throughput. Compatible with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, the SimpleDrive desktop hard drive offers convenient plug-and-play installation, is hot-swappable, and the compact design can stand vertically or horizontally on the desktop.
