BODACION SELECTS SANnet II FOR HYDRA WEB SERVICES APPLIANCE

Dot Hill announced that it has been selected as the storage technology partner of Bodacion Technologies. Bodacion will integrate Dot Hill's highly reliable SANnet II Fibre Channel (FC) with its HYDRA secure Web services appliance.

The HYDRA Web services appliance delivers a new standard of reliability and security for government, financial services, and health information networks that are looking to deploy a trusted web server, or EDI/XML transaction gateway. Unlike enterprise or general purpose server platforms that require constant maintenance and administration, the HYDRA is a purpose-built machine with a virtually unhackable and self-healing embedded systems architecture, engineered for quick and easy setup and continuous uptime. This can reduce costs in a variety of areas, from platform administration and training, to those associated with security breaches.
