LSI LOGIC'S FIRST LogicStor SOLUTION RECOVERS DATA IN A SNAP

The LogicStor backup and recovery solution integrates the company's SANtricity Storage Manager Snapshot feature with software from VERITAS Software, the #1 provider of backup and recovery solutions, and Oracle RDBMS applications to address business concerns about application downtime.

SANtricity Snapshot provides an immediate point-in-time image of a volume with all the read, write and copy capabilities of the original. Creation is instantaneous and requires only a small amount of disk space.
