With the availability of VERITAS Foundation Suite for Linux on zSeries, VERITAS is increasing its commitment to making Linux enterprise-ready and extending its broad Linux platform support to the mainframe. VERITAS Foundation Suite, which includes VERITAS File System and VERITAS Volume Manager, is a leading heterogeneous online storage management software solution for UNIX, Windows and Linux, and currently supports the Red Hat operating system on Intel and non-Intel-based machines.
