ISSI ANNOUNCES FAMILY OF 128Mb SYNCHRONOUS DRAMS

Integrated Silicon Solution Inc, a leader in advanced memory solutions, introduced three 128Mb synchronous DRAMS with access times of 6ns and 7ns, featuring low standby and low operating currents.

"ISSI's long-term commitment to support low to medium density DRAMs with our leading-edge technology ensures our customers an uninterrupted supply of this DRAM memory," said Sanjiv Asthana, ISSI vice president of marketing. "We will continue to introduce additional 128Mb SDRAMs in the near future to further serve the networking, consumer and automotive marketplace."

Available in 16Mx8, 8Mx16 and 4Mx32 configurations, these 3.3V devices feature 64ms refresh periods and are targeted to support industrial grade applications. The devices are used in a variety of high volume applications, including networking and telecommunication equipment, modems, set-top boxes, copiers, printers, automotive and other consumer applications.
