The distribution agreement allows Bell Microproducts to distribute
Broadcom's RAIDCore RC4000 SATA RAID controllers to resellers in the United
States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe.
COGNOS ACQUIRES EP ASSETS OF BUSINESS PLANNING SOLUTIONS LTD
Cognos strengthens its CPM and EP leadership and sales channels in Asia
with this acquisition, which closed on Feb. 27. Financial terms of the
acquisition were not disclosed, and the company noted that the acquisition
is not considered a material event.
