CMS Products Inc is shipping the next generation of the ABSplus ultra portable backup and restore product line. The ABSplus features a two-and-a-half inch removable hard drive with 100GB of storage capacity and a three-year warranty. List price for the 100GB ABSplus is $419.

The ABSplus product line is the industry's first comprehensive all-in-one software and hardware solution providing users with complete backup, restore and disaster recovery capabilities and a bootable hard drive. It is an extremely easy-to-use, plug-and-play device powered by CMS Products' robust BounceBack Professional software. The BounceBack software creates a complete, fully bootable backup of a notebook, desktop or Tablet PC's entire hard drive once the ABSplus is connected.

Easy "Plug-And-Play" Backup And Disaster Recovery

The ABSplus incorporates a QuickRestore module to further enhance its disaster recovery and backup capabilities. QuickRestore simplifies the data recovery process by allowing users to recover data as a result of hard drive failure or accidental deletion by simply clicking on the "Restore" button. Once activated, the backup device performs a complete restoration of only selected data from the most recent backup of the computer's hard drive.

Automatic Backup Equals "Insurance" For Data

The ABSplus incorporates the patent-pending Automatic Launcher to monitor and launch backups upon connection and eliminates the hassle associated with manual backup. All backed up data is saved in native file format to provide fast, easy data recovery and access.
