Quadstone Limited, a leading developer of customer behavior analysis software based in Scotland, has announced the opening of its North American headquarters in Boston, MA. Mark Smith, Marketing Director at Quadstone, says "Our first priority is to provide a high level of support to our current North American customers. We also recognize that there is a vast potential in North America for our product, as sophisticated marketing now requires a more in-depth understanding of the customer base. Our new headquarters in Boston will allow us to pursue new business, as well as offer more efficient service to existing customers."
Quadstone's flagship product, Decisionhouse, is analysis software that provides a scalable suite of tools for integrated data access, visualization, analysis, and mining. Marketing managers and analysts in the retail, financial, and telecommunications markets use it to provide customer behavioral modeling within large company data sources. The resulting models allow them to act quickly on this new understanding.
"It is the ability to understand and therefore influence changes in customer behavior that is the key to business growth and success in the competitive marketplace," says Neil Heywood, CEO. "We've already been working with companies that track large volumes of transactions to accurately analyze their customers' behavior. Now that we have headquarters in North America, we hope to be able to help many more companies better understand their customer base."
The new facility is located on Boston's waterfront on the Boston Fish Pier. The Boston office is the beginning of a Quadstone expansion plan that includes extensive staffing increases and a U.S. West coast office. The company will be exhibiting at the National Center for Database Marketing Conference (NCDM) in Orlando, Florida, December 13-15, 1998.
Quadstone Limited specializes in the production and use of software to perform large-scale analysis of customer databases. The company's Decisionhouse software is unique in that it provides a fully scalable suite of tools for integrated data access, visualization, analysis, and mining.
