Iridium Selects One-By-One Campaign Manager from Paragren

Paragren Technologies announced that Iridium LLC has selected One-By-One Campaign Manager, a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention system, as the strategic customer marketing tool for marketing Iridium Service. Paragren's campaign management tool, along with One-By-One Application Server, is being used to support the global marketing campaigns for Iridium's network that combines global satellite services with local ground-based wireless services.
Iridium is commercializing a global wireless communications network that combines the worldwide reach of 66 low Earth orbit satellites with land-based wireless systems to enable subscribers to communicate using handheld telephones and pagers virtually anywhere in the world. Iridium LLC is currently using Campaign Manager and Application Server in conjunction with its Oracle Express data mining tool to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies which range from campaign generation to response tracking. Iridium will also leverage Paragren's campaign management tool, along with Application Server, to develop marketing campaigns to support the Gateways and its business partners.
Campaign Manager is part of the One-By-One suite of marketing applications, which empowers marketers to execute targeted customer acquisition, expansion and retention strategies. One-By-One is based on an open, flexible and scaleable architecture that is platform independent and enhances existing investments in data warehouse, data mining and statistical analysis technology.
