Intelligence Solutions to Proactively Retain Customers

Lightbridge, Inc., a leading provider of customer acquisition and retention solutions for the global telecommunications industry, has announced that Frontier Cellular, a division of Frontier Corporation and a leading provider of integrated wireless communications services to customers across Upstate New York, will use Lightbridge's Churn Prophet and Channel Wizard solutions to reduce customer churn and improve channel performance.

Churn Prophet is an analytical tool that uses data mining and predictive modeling technology to identify characteristics of subscribers who have canceled service in the past to develop predictions as to which subscribers are likely to cancel services in the future. Frontier Cellular will use Churn Prophet to analyze the lifetime value of their customers, giving them the tools to retain and increase market share in a competitive environment.
Channel Wizard uses on-line analytical processing (OLAP) technology that allows carriers to analyze and track bad debt, fraud, churn, customer acquisition status and distribution channel performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis by market, channel, rate plan or geography. Frontier Cellular plans to use Channel Wizard for sales and marketing planning including decision making for improving channel performance, creating more targeted marketing programs and reducing customer acquisition costs.
