PHH Announces Major Enhancements to PHH InterActive

PHH has announced major enhancements to PHH InterActive, the secure area of PHH's highly-acclaimed Internet website, http://www.phh.com. This new release brings even more power, flexibility and value to a web-based information management system being accessed by over 1,100 PHH client users.

PHH InterActive allows the company's clients to access their fleet information housed in PHH's data warehouse - from billing and vehicle ordering, through accident and safety management, fuel and maintenance management, vehicle and driver information, service card information, vehicle expense reporting and more.

PHH's data warehouse with Internet access were recently nominated for the prestigious Computerworld Smithsonian Awards, which recognize innovative uses of information technology that benefit society.

According to Shalini Rossett, Vice President, Applications Development, "These enhancements are designed to take PHH InterActive to the next level of information management - far beyond anything that's ever been offered in the marketplace. Clients who have had the opportunity to preview the new features have raved about how much they add to an already cutting edge management tool."

The new release adds significant capabilities, including:

• The ability to download information onto the client's desktop for their own reporting and analysis.
• A new customization feature which allows clients to customize their own fleet information.
• Expanded vehicle ordering capabilities.
• New security features that effectively expand and control data access to other parts of the client organization.

Many PHH clients regularly access PHH InterActive; the average number of "hits" per day exceeds 24,000. The Internet-based system provides real-time information from PHH's data warehouse in an easy-to-use format. Through PHH InterActive clients can create customized reports, benchmark and analyze their performance, and track trends. This helps them reduce costs and increase productivity in ways that were never possible before.

Larry Gill, Director of Fleet and Records for Travelers Property Casualty, a member of Travelers Group's Corporate Real Estate and Services, has previewed the new enhancements and says, "The new 'Data on Demand' feature will allow me to extract specific measurement information from PHH's data warehouse and download it onto my desk-top, which is unbelievable.
