Targetbase and Tensor Form Alliance to Deliver Customer Relationship Management Solutions

Targetbase, a division of The M/A/R/C Group and Tensor Information Systems, Inc. have formed a strategic alliance to develop Web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Targetbase, a CRM co-sourcing solutions partner, brings its ARM technology solution to the new alliance. ARM is a platform for enterprise-level CRM that supports end-to-end customer relationship management systems. ARM automates the tasks of consolidating all customer contact points into a customer data warehouse that supports relationship management.

Tensor, a computer systems integrator that designs complex and dynamic Web-based business applications provides the business critical integration skills to support a Web-based CRM platform.

"A company's success will be determined by how well it can assemble, analyze and use customer contact data to build and sustain strong customer relationships," said Jack Wolf, president of Targetbase. "This alliance brings together the competencies required to provide end-to-end solutions that will move clients toward a more customer-centric position within their competitive arena."

Targetbase will provide clients with its strategic and analytical services; database design and development; co-sourcing of the data management infrastructure; and communications development for relationship initiatives and programs. Tensor will provide computer systems integration of front-end customer contact systems and Web-based applications supporting the CRM initiatives such as, linking to an internal system or a legacy database; providing Web-enabled database development; or offering Java applications development.
