"Acta's CSI program complements our Professional Services group and enriches our customer offerings by leveraging specific domain expertise of companies who understand the business and technical challenges of successful data extraction, transformation, and warehousing solutions," said Opinder Bawa, Acta's senior director of Professional Services. "The program is designed to provide our customers with access to the support and expertise required during every phase of the implementation process and beyond, with the end goal of delivering complete, end-to-end decision support solutions that customers can use to extend their competitive advantage.
