Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., and DecsionPoint Applications, Inc. have announced that DecisionPoint Applications has joined Sequent's @Ready Program to develop Web-hosted solutions for its suite of data warehousing applications.
These Web-hosted applications will enable DecisionPoint Applications to take full advantage of the Application Service Provider (ASP) model for delivering business applications to a broad range of customers over the Internet.
Through the @Ready Program, DecisionPoint Applications will design Web-hosted versions of its applications, including DecisionPoint for Human Resources, DecisionPoint for Financials and DecisionPoint for Distribution. As part of the program, the @Ready Lab will rigorously test and proof each application before wide-scale deployment.
