Latest Version Of Eagle's PACE DW Slated For Fall '99 Release

Eagle Development Group, Inc. announced today that they have completed development and testing on their Fall 1999 version of the Eagle PACE Investment Data Warehouse. Eagle will ship the release to its client base by mid-month.

"Because this will probably be the last release that clients install before year-end and we move into the year 2000, we wanted the release to be packed with as much new functionality as possible", said Lou Maiuri, Senior Vice President and PACE Product Manager at Eagle, "The Fall 1999 release will leave clients well poised for the move into 2000."

With this release, Eagle has integrated the Eagle PACE Client Reporting Module with the PACE Client desktop, and has provided for the ability to schedule the creation of client report packages. Additionally, Eagle has expanded the functionality of its existing Performance Measurement Module. PACE Performance Measurement 2.0 now calculates time-weighted rate of return using both the Modified Dietz and Internal Rate of Return calculations, as well as provides stop-the-clock processing for significant cash flows and a historical cash activity analyzer.

Maiuri also notes, "In the 21st century, it will no longer suffice to be merely web-enhanced or web-featured. Web-based applications will survive and lay claim as the universally accepted solution in software. We at Eagle recognized the push towards web-enabled solutions and are seeing a growing interest in our products, such as Eagle PACE, as a result."
