EXTERPRISE INC. INTRODUCES NEW SOFTWARE CATEGORY, EMARKET MANAGEMENT (eMM)

Exterprise Inc., has unveiled its strategy to pioneer a family of software and services for an emerging category, e-Market Management (eMM), that transforms the way businesses go to market. The company also announced ActiveBusiness 2.0, the first eMM software platform built on next generation collaborative intelligent agents architecture.

"Global 1000 companies are under intense pressure to reevaluate the types of models they deploy as they seek to build customer loyalty, prevent brand commoditization and avoid channel conflict as they do e-business," said Nathaniel G. Palmer, Analyst, The Delphi Group, Boston, Massachusetts. "Exterprise represents a new generation of e-business solutions that transform the way companies go to market online. Of particular interest is their ActiveBusiness platform with its architectural design and collaborative intelligent agents. This solution is definitely on our radar as `one to watch' in this rapidly evolving new market space."

EMM solutions allow businesses to drive revenue and profit through new Internet-enabled market models and partner networks. These solutions leverage the strengths of e-Commerce, e-Relationships, and e-Marketing in a single solution across multiple customer touch points.

Using ActiveBusiness 2.0, companies can deploy and evolve new e-market models (See new models below). ActiveBusiness 2.0 is the first e-business software platform to use collaborative intelligent agents-based architecture. This allows companies to capture, evolve, and optimize their business processes in ways that are impossible for hard-coded systems.

"Businesses are going beyond traditional business-to-business and business-to-consumer models to create new value networks with customers and business partners" said Manoj Saxena, President and CEO of Exterprise. "ActiveBusiness 2.0 allows companies to rapidly implement new e-Market models that protect their core business and create new sources of revenue and profitability."

Examples of new models being pioneered by Exterprise include:
