communicating sometimes complex technical details clearly and effectively.
These skills are learnt at experiencing a wide range of technical issues
and learning important client handling skills.

Minimum technical requirements:
You must have at least 4 years service experience covering the following.
Scale of 1-10 (10 being Guru status)
9+ Desire for technical learning, commitment and professionalism. Should
be skilled to a minimum MCP level
9+ Understanding and Experience of Networking Protocols and Services to
include: TCP/IP (MAC Addressing), Subnets, SNMP, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Appletalk
9+ Hardware Experience particularly Compaq/HP (Full-Range), Dell and with
hands-on build, migration and installation work
9+ Knowledge and Experience of Windows Server Platforms to include
Back-Office Applications (Exchange, ISA & SQL)
8+ Varied Experience of Backup Devices and scripts (Veritas preferred),
Anti-Virus administration TVD, AVD and at least one other
8+ Installation and Configuration of Firewalls: Linux and Watchguard an
advantage
5+ An understanding and support for cross-platform networking especially
Apple Macintosh in a Windows Server environment
Personal skills:
You must be reliable, punctual and presentable and have the ability to work
under pressure in a team environment.
You can be of any Sex, Race, Colour or Creed and be able to travel mainly
around the London West-End area.
